The 20 Best Job Search Web Sites

Hi everyone! I just stumbled upon an article from PC Magazine that lists 20 best job search websites. Of those 20, I have used a few of them before such as Monster, LinkedIn, and Craigslist. As for the other web sites, I haven't used them before, but I would suggest that you take a look at them and see what you come up with. If you are ever bored, you could also find something else to do that is still job related like job blogs, games, or just maybe something really funny.

Congratulations on everyone reaching the new year!

I just stumbled upon a site that sells something bacon...


I know that nobody should even tempt fate by ruining bacon's scrumptious taste, but it is a new year and everyone should try new things. By new things I hope it isn't just trying out bacon flavored gumballs.

Speaking of new things, I have a few more posts this next week that should help everyone out when being unemployed, underemployed, or just plain employed.

Yeah, I haven't made a humor post in a long time, but this time its different. Instead of posting something funny about bacon, it is about resumes. Supposedly from the joke itself, these are real statements found on resumes.

There haven't been any updates these last two weeks, but never fear! Updates will be more often starting today. There is no better way to start the blog in the right direction with more bacon filled goodness.

Things to do while looking for work

When job hunting, I've personally had a lot of free time. In fitting with the theme of the blog, here is a recipe for bacon chocolate chip cookies. You can literally bring the bacon home and make a delicious dessert for yourself or for your friends. Despite what the website tells you how delicious these cookies are, I am skeptical. In the rare occasions that I have attempted to make cookies, I would not want to make these.

If anyone actually makes these cookies, let us know. I am sure that Amee and Melissa would love to try one!
